1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the Adscity platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable rules or guidelines.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate, up-to-date information
Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

Accounts found with false details may be suspended or terminated.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
All activity under your account
Updating your information promptly

Adscity is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence

4. Advertiser Terms

a. Campaign Setup

Advertisers may create campaigns by:

Defining budget, audience, targeting, and creatives
Setting bid types (CPC, CPM, etc.)

All ads must comply with:

Nigerian laws and advertising standards
Our Content & Advertising Guidelines

b. Payments

Prepaid model: you must fund your account before running ads
All transactions are in Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified
No refunds for campaigns that already delivered impressions/clicks

c. Ad Review
We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any ads that voilates our policies.

5. Publisher Terms

a. Eligibility

To earn from Adscity, you must:

Own or manage a verified website, app, or content channel
Adhere to quality, traffic, and content standards

b. Earnings and Payouts

Earnings are calculated based on valid impressions/clicks
Minimum payout threshold: ₦5000
Payouts are made to your verified bank account

c. Prohibited Activities
You may not:

Click your own ads or encourage users to do so
Use bots or artificial traffic
Place ads on prohibited content (e.g., adult, hate, piracy)

Violation may lead to account suspension or permanent ban

6. Prohibited Content & Activities

You agree not to use Adscity for:

Fraud, phishing, or money laundering
Promoting illegal or harmful content
Spamming or misleading users
Circumventing our platform security or systems

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, trademarks, and software on Adscity are owned by us or our partners. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit them without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these terms or applicable laws
Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Remain inactive for an extended period

You may also close your account by contacting support

9. Disclaimers

Adscity is provided “as is” and “as available”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, ad performance, or earnings
We are not liable for delays, losses, or data breaches caused by third parties

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Adscity shall not be liable for:

Lost profits, revenue, or data
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Issues caused by advertisers, publishers, or external factors

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted here, and significant changes may be notified via email. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
